Kip Estep Wins Van Zandt Country Club Senior Golf Championship
CANTON -- Kip Estep captured the Senior Club Championship Sunday at Van Zandt Country Club.

Estep (75-72 -- 147) won the championship by a stroke over Gary Gutierrez (77-71 -- 148). Mike McDaniel and Thomas Rucker tied for fourth.

Other flight winners were Jack Perry (First) and Frank Williams (Second).

Also, Perry, age 79, carded a 75 in the second round, four strokes under his age.

Championship Flight -- Kip Estep, 75-72 -- 147; Gary Gutierrez, 77-71 -- 148; Mike McDaniel, 78-78 -- 156; Thomas Rucker, 83-73 -- 156.

First Flight --

Jack Perry, 81-75 -- 156; Hack Willeford, 81-80 -- 161; Mike Lovren, 86-83 -- 169.

Second Flight --

Frank Williams, 79-81 -- 160; Jeff Aston, 82-80 -- 162; Ken Beaman, 84-83 -- 167.
