A Van Zandt County grand jury handed up 27 indictments last week. Those true bills include:
Darryl Keith Brown, 43, Terrell, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;
Mark Anthony Cedotal, 25, Baton Rouge, La., manufacturing/delivering/selling/possession of a controlled substance;
Trent Allen Clark, 45, Jefferson, evading arrest or detention;
Caleb Thomas Foster, 20, Edgewood, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;
Roger Dale Gammons, 46, Edgewood, three counts of possession of a controlled substance;
Jason Authur Pierce, 30, Canton, two counts of assault on a public servant;
Louie Bell Russell, 42, Dallas, driving while intoxicated third or more;
David Lynn Sprague, 29, Mesquite, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;
Samuel Earl Tobin Jr, 48, Tyler, unauthorized use of a vehicle enhanced to a second degree;
Aaron Wayne Way, 29, Van, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;
Ricky Leon LaFleur, 42, Balch Springs, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;
Chad Derrick Macdonald, 32, Baton Rouge, La., manufacturing/delivering/possession of a controlled substance;
Gary Thomas Morris, 17, Grand Saline, three counts of burglary of a building;
Brooklynn Niccole Nieto, 19, Grand Saline, two counts of burglary of a building;
Jimmy Dean Garner, 46, Canton, injury to a child/elderly/disabled;
Lacey Wayne Hipp, 24, Wills Point, manufacturing/delivering/possession of a controlled substance;
Charles William Howell, 26, Canton, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;
Angel Lee-Ann Hults, 20, Wills Point, injury to a child/elderly/disabled; abandoning/endangering a child;
James Levay Jenkins, 46, Dallas, driving while intoxicated third or more.
