Gregg County Grand Jury Hands Up 20 Indictments
LONGVIEW — A Gregg County grand jury returned 20 indictments after meeting this week, according to information Friday from District Attorney Carl L. Dorrough. The true bills were:
Jose Arias, 31, of Longview, driving while intoxicated with child passenger on June 1, 2008.
Mary Alice Putnam, 20, of Longview, theft over $1,500 on June 5, 2007.
Connie Monique Moore, 40, of Longview, theft over $1,500 on Sept. 10, 2007.
Arthur Galen Britt, 61, of Diana, failure to stop and render aid on June 7, 2008.
Robert Wayne Clark, 68, of Longview, failure to register as sex offender on April 22, 2008.
Michael Jeffrey Maxey, 24, of Longview, forgery on July 7, 2008; two counts of forgery on Feb. 26, 2008; and fraud/possession of identifying information on Feb. 26, 2008.
Bruce Anthony Timmons, 46, of Gladewater, theft habitual on May 30, 2008.
Cory Tederrell Dawkins, 31, of Longview, assault public servant on Feb. 22, 2008.
Jessica D. Medford, 22, of Longview, aggravated assault on March 2, 2008.
Brandon Kyle Adams, 24, of Kilgore, evading arrest with vehicle on January 20, 2008.
Will Adam Dooley, 25 of Longview, theft over $20,000 on Oct. 6, 2007, and theft of wire/cable on Oct. 6. 2007.
Carl Douglas Stokes-berry, 30, of Longview, driving while intoxicated felony on May 2, 2008.
Bruce D. Kelly, 21, of Longview, aggravated robbery on May 31, 2008.
Gregory Dunn Sanders, 47, of Abilene, aggravated robbery on May 29, 2008.
Equaile Westmoreland, 20, of Arlington, aggravated robbery on March 20, 2008.
Rochelle Denice Allison, also known as Rochelle Ingram, 28, of Carthage, aggravated assault on June 22, 2008.
Corey Gaylon Dunn, 34, of Longview, burglary of a habitation on March 23, 2008.
Ulysess Bush Jr., 68, of Longview, aggravated assault on June 23, 2008.
Cordero D. Brown, 21, of Longview, retaliation/obstruction on May 26, 2008.
