“Longview officers and Emergency Medical Services responded to the location and found Stephen Sawyer, 45-years-old, Longview, with injuries to his head,” Brownlee said.

Sawyer told officers that an unknown person assaulted him and took his red SUV.

He added there is currently no suspect description available for release and the investigation is ongoing.
