Rose Festival

The Palette of Roses Art League announces winners of the 55th Annual Palette of Roses Art Show, held recently in conjunction with the 74th Texas Rose Festival.

Winners for 2007 are Doug Carter, Best of Show; Penny Nichols-Sanders, Best of Professional; Shawni Nix, Best of Advanced; Dinah Carter, Best of Amateur; Trent Kelley, Best of Juniors; and Penny Nichols-Sanders, People's Choice.
